As of 9/11/07 Companies House has MBS with incomplete filling documentation. If one requires the document they cost 3 pounds.

Mark Webb(Director)
Trevor Ashley Bateup(Director)
180,West Point Central
Quarter
29,Wellington Street
Leeds.

They do not have a current secretary as the last one resigned, there appears to have been a dozen or so folk resign from this outfit for fear of association with My sex world and the complaints. In order to have a legal entity one must have a Company Secretary which they do not have.

It is an educated guess that they are of South African Origin with the Afrikans at the call center answering the phone. They have a mafia mentality.

Sadley now as Trading Standards fail to shut them down or at least this pop-up harasment and extortion local politicians in Leeds have now been called into question.Inreference to their effectiveness in protesting their electorate.

Any Concerns to be addressed to Leeds City Council
Councillor    stuart.andrew@leeds.gov.uk
                 christopher.beverly@leeds.gov.uk
It would appear MBS will now be infecting local ,regional and National election results as politicians don,t ususally like to be associated with porn.Bad for business.Indeed the power of the internet to make lives and break them.
In the United States MBS has now been registered with the NSA a security agency and MI-5 have been notified as has the Home Office into Afrikans involved with internet crime. In the United States if it,s a borderline crime it,s considered a crime unlike the UK where they have a bias to the company and to hell with the consumer.

Microsoft has been notified and a trademark question may come into play soon, and I don,t think Ashley Bateup & Co.would be able to afford a lawsuite with the richest man in the world.

There is no percentage in contacting Trading Standard they are as useless as an ashtray on a motorbike.Contact city councillors at Leeds, contact the papers, radio stations your MP.

It is malicious, harassment and extortionate.Yet in the UK they are to soft on these criminals.Northern Rock is a good example of a business bringing the reputation of Britian PLC down the gutter.I am a North American and this would not be tolerated for a minute back home. It,s another reason why the Chinese are fully justified in regulating the internet,it,s out of control .offensive and a National security risk. One of the richest men in the worl d does not use computer.

So England has sunk the Titanic, gave us Mad Cow Disease have military aircraft blowing up in the sky and allowed internet predaters loose on the internet.A reliable business partner?Competent regulator? The country hasn,t any notable PC industry except that exported from the US if it wasn,t for the US they still be using pencils and clip boards.

What I would do to Ashley Bateup and Mark Webb isn,t printable but perhaps the secrecy surrounding hi locations etc.is understanable.Just another governemnt failing along with the NHS,mad cow,MRSA,Northern Rock.So MBS has gone International and Britian is about to get properly disciplined.

Well see if the men in black take him out.

I understand JonLewi5 comment in response to David Crockett's post.

Thank you, David Crockett, for some useful information, and your anger is understandable.  However, I would point out that the shutdown of Moviepass and associated outfits, all of whom were operating in a very similar way to MBS and its associated porn sites, did take a while, so you assertion that  this "would not be tolerated for a minute back home" is, sadly, not true.

However, the authorities in the US have acted in the case of Moviepass and its associates, which came about as a result of consumer outrage.  That, we hope, is what will happen over here in the fulness of time.

I don’t know if people are having trouble contacting the MBS company but if so I have attached the contact details and home address for the main directors (publicly available information so I am not breaking any rules.

Company Address
Suite 15
14 Clifton Down Road
Bristol, BS8 4BF

This following information has, reluctantly, been removed due alleged privacy law infringement. Sorry — Andy

Cheers
