This area has been created in response to a request from a forum member.

- Forum members are reminded that they should not post items concerning MBS or its directors or personnel that could be deemed libellous or defamatory.

- Information which is not 'in the public domain' should not be posted.

- Opinion is just that, and should only be expressed as such. It is not fact and should never be presented as such. Opinion can also be interpreted as libel.

- Please resist naming other companies, unless these are directly connected to MBS, either as clients or subsidiaries. Again, be sure of your facts.

If, in the opinion of the moderators, these guidelines are not followed, or if it is considered that a post could lead to litigation, they will either edit or remove that post. This is for the protection of the forum, its members and its moderators, so please be careful.
