Thank you for your kind comments. Both Andy and I have been very gratified that it is proving helpful to those who have been visited by the MBS problem and others who may be affected by it. There is a lot of disparate information out on the internet, but it is useful to have somewhere dedicated to the problems.
Since you are interested in the legal aspect of the issue, I hope you have already seen
this , which at least shows what the Americans think of similar activities.
I would urge anyone who has had dealing with MBS to take up the matter with their MP, Trading Standards, and - where appropriate - the police. The points made
here are relevant. If consumers do not feel it to be acceptable for companies to behave in this way, they
must take their views to the appropriate people.
