Having read, over the months, similar stories to this, I am intrigued to see yet another instance of somebody who is convinced they did not knowingly visit any site served by MBS as fudge has posted on PC Advisor today.

One person, I recall, categorically stated that the pop ups appeared when she was researching breeding rats via Google.

Whether such instances occur through some accidental linking, or if this is something more sinister, it illustrates the dangers that surround this billing practice, particularly since the onus is thereafter put upon the victim to somehow prove that they did not knowingly, or willingly access any of these sites.

Incidentally, if fudge happens to read this posting, I would be most grateful if he would contact me.
