RECEIVED LETTER FROM PLATTE

A few months back my bosses computer became infected with Plattes pop ups

He had not been on their site (he is so useless on the pc he only ever uses email or word)  Other staff have access to his pc and the only things they would have gone in is maybe youtube or facebook.

I have asked the others and none of them went on the Platte site.  I also checked the history and when it all began there was only myself and my other boss in the office and we dont use the aforementioned PC.

i Managed to clear the pop ups etc and never had any more from them

Today we received a letter from Platte demanding £49.99 and failure to pay within 14days will result in them forwarding the debt to Oriel Collections and will incur an admin fee of £25.00.

The name it was sent to (Mr Grigg) we have never heard of BUT it had our company name and full address on it.

I have no idea how the got our details; there is only me and my 2 bosses here and I was the only one who dealt with this; neither of them telephoned Platte and neither did I.

What do we do now please?!
