I have fallen foul of MBS billing systems! My PC has been used to contact a website called "My Sex World Subscription". MBS are billing me for £39.99 for 3 months subscription. This website was on my PC so does that make me liable? If it does, i will pay them, but how then do i get rid of the subscription? Do i have to go on to that website to cancel? I think i have deleted everything that had been downloaded.
I have e-mailed these people, unfortunately, and they e-mailed a phone number back 0871 231 7374. Does anyone have any help or ideas on what i should do?
