I have a client who is being harrassed by Platte for £29.99. We have invited them to take the case to court. We are also complaining to Trading Standards, the police and our MP. We urge all to do likewise so as to make the authorities sit up and take notice.

I have done the same thing after receiving their 7 day letter and so far not heard anything back.  This was approximately 2 weeks ago.
