Did you know that Platte International, the company that owns Platte Media, has its own blog?

It's a pretty sorry affair, written in terrible English, and I wouldn't be surprised if the articles have been stolen or mashed together from other sources.

I'd actually hope that's the explanation, because this entry (no direct porn links, fortunately) implies that it's fine for minors to access porn/adult films.

Here's the full text of the article - the highlights are my own:

Blissful recreations with today’s technology
October 20th, 2008

Today even kids - or should we call them toddlers as old as two years old are operating the computers - even if to listen to their rhymes or to play video games.  Gone are the days when mothers used to teach their children the alphabet or the numerals showing them nature’s beauty.  Today there are compact discs that have been designed according to the age of the child - CDs that teach the basics of the alphabet and the number for kids in the age group of one to two, some that have nice rhymes that will help the kids get into good schools for the age group of three to four and even CDs that have narrations of simple stories of the Sleeping Beauty and Snow White.

When kids grow up with this kind in the background - little will be the surprise when they grow up and get glued to video games.  Today there are a lot of online games and online gaming channels and there are world competitions for these games that are conducted as well.  Thanks to the advancement in technology, today’s whiz kids participate in such games and gain a wide knowledge on that.

For many listening to music and watching movies is one of the hobbies that they prefer to relax themselves.  There were times when we had to depend on radio systems and then tape recorders that used magnetic tapes, then the CDs to listen to our favorite music.  Today almost anything and everything in the music section that we would love to listen to is available to be downloaded in digital format provided we know where to look for what.  That is the trick of the trade in browsing for downloads.  If one knows the best place for downloading such movies and songs, then one can easily sit back and enjoy movies and songs at the comfort of their homes.

www.plattemedia.com is one such site that provides end to end legal, movie downloads.  The movie downloads that are available in this site have been categorized according to the nature of the movie - like comedy, romance, horror, mystery, war etc., to enable the browsers to look and locate their interests easily.  This site also has movies across various years, to cater to the versatile tastes of the web audience.  There might be older people who browse for classics and this site has them in plenty.  On the contrary, there might be people who look for the latest movies to watch them at their leisure and that is also available here.  The team of this site is continually working to add on to their catalogue on movies and this is real good news for the movie buffs.  Even if somebody does not find what they want now, may be they stand a good chance of finding it in the near future!

This site also caters to youngsters who are keen on watching adult movies and care and precaution has to be taken from the browsers end to ensure that leisure should never become an obsession.  Technology is always a double edged sword and it is indeed true that technology is a good slave but a bad master!

I'm aware that the term "adult movies" could be used to refer to any film not aimed specifically at children, but given Platte's record, it's a little worrying.

Their other blog entries are suitably broken, and are probably just in place to bring search engine traffic and lure people in, like any "good" spam blog would do (I see no value in this blog)
