No correspondance

Hi following previous post just want to say it is now 11 days since icon popped up on pc. it has not come back and i have had no correspondance from them. I have not phoned them at any time so they have no details. Long may this continue

I repair Computers for a living in a small Village on The Vest Coast of norway, about 6000 inhabitants. I ahve seen platte on several computers now. The Guide for removing platte shown earlyer in this thread works. Seems platte comes innstalls itself without the user knowing, Tough most of the users i have helped removing platte seems to be inexperienced. After removing platte it seems they dont follow up the bills with no further correspondence. I see this as a sign of the whole thing being a scam. Should bill them the time used to remove the software and for aggravation.
