CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT

I'm so sorry to keep asking questions, but i hope you can finally help clear my mind. Has ayone got confirmation that their account was closed? I got an email saying there is no balance due but not that it is closed. Im aware that i thnk it was a 3 month subscritption, im just terrified that one day they will turn round to me and deman thousand of pounds as i dont have any confirmation that my account wsa closed.....im really sorry if im asking questions which have already been answered, please forgive me.

Best thing i can suggest you do is request written confirmation from them that the account is cancelled, closed and that you owe them no money.

I wondered that. But if i email them im scared they will be able to track my computer ip address. If i write to them i need to give them my home address. No point phoning as need written confirmation. Hmmm....   


I havent heard from them in a year....just scared im still clocking up  massive billl....

if they havnt contacted you, i really wouldnt worry. BUT if you are concerened, get yourself a yahoo or gmail account.
