Does platte want to deal with customers with complaints.

I dont think so  they return the same email  asking for the 29.99

why should if service is cancelled pay for a service not being used.

I got the dam software off my system 1 minute after downloading.
When I downloaded it it said free downloads movies, tv series or I would not even have downloaded it in the first place.
when I seen it was not free I removed it

once it goes over the 3 day trial  they want full payment even if its only one day.
they take no notice of anything said to them.
i get the popups demanding
I even went into regit and removed platte lines.  but just put back.
in systems32 files  pm items are platte media  but wont allow removal.   ive tried renaming.

My dad has just become a victim of this organisation. He is 77 has parkinson disease and by mistake registered with them thinking he was being asked to register with for some reason his bank. I have contacted them by email and registered letter but no luck. They are still demanding £29.99 even though my dad is on a state pension and cannot afford this. I was told he was viewing gay porn (untrue has he has'nt even been on the site). The customer service were extremly aggressive and also quite threatening the last thing they said to me was they have ways and means of getting the money owed to them.

PLATTE MEDIA = SCUM

Care to respond to that, PR people? Oh no, I forgot, you don't bother coming here to interact with victims any more, do you? You just lurk, waiting for something to set your solicitors on to.
