i have just finished "uninfecting" my brothers family pc of this load of garbage. i went for the simple option of connecting the HD to a second computer and systematically ripping every file and registry value relating to this rubbish while none of it was running. As far as anyone who is feeling suffering from requests for payment from these people i would completely ignore them until you recieve requests from the debt collection agency then return them saying not known at this address they will get bored and go away. if anyone wants to request the removal code as they are unable to remove the software via othre means then give them a fake name and your address ( go for some of the simpsons classics) they can spend forever chasing mr I(ver) Bigun or the like. if they don't know your name then what can they do. i'm sure that especally as they have stopped marketing their rubbish in the uk this rubbish will never get you taken to court or bad credit reports. personallly i would call these people electronic terrorists and should be treated as such bung them away for 5 years without trial
