You may notice that a few things are changing here at the forum, particularly in light of Platte Media/MBS developments and the OFT ruling.

A whole new section has been added. The Debating Corner is intended for discussing various general issues surrounding the method of billing pioneered by MBS and others, and now in use by Platte Media.

It's not for discussing specific problems/concerns about MBS and Platte Media — for that please continue to use the MBS / Platte Media Help & Info section.

Additionally, the help and info section now contains a new Technical Information board for posting and discussing the more technical aspects of the software. This keeps this important but potentially baffling section away from more general discussion and help, for which Help! My PC's infected.

Apologies that the last paragraph no longer makes any sense, but Platte Media's lawyers told us that we had to remove any reference or link to information that might help you remove the Platte Media "software" from your PC. Of course, they've only requested specific instances on this particular forum, so all is not lost...

We hope that you continue to find this forum useful for both specific issues surrounding MBS / Platte Media, and for providing a public arena for wider discussion which has the potential to change the methods companies employ to do their business online.

Please bear with us as the forum evolves.

Andy
